Having converted a vast area of agricultural fields into a community of 120 single family homes, Anchorage is proud of the housing project it completed in the south shore city of Saint-Basile-le Grand, in which acted as developer, promoter and general contractor. Anchorage, under the banner of Les Habitations du Faubourg created the layout of the streets and subdivided the lots, had the infrastructure and services installed, and oversaw every detail of the construction process as general contractor.
Anchorage has also constructed new high end homes in the Montreal area as in-fill projects, namely in the North of Hampstead area.
Anchorage has also worked as project manager for various construction projects and welcomes that format when requested by its clients. Whether it be renovations to homes or more substantial renovations to the building envelope, structure, electrical or mechanical systems, Anchorage has the necessary expertise and know-how. Anchorage has also worked on several decontamination projects and has a deep understanding of the required process.
